Refund policy

ALL sweepstake items/apparel/sticker/drinkware sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges.

All refunds and returns are handled on an individual basis. You MUST contact US prior to sending back any product. Returns will NOT be accepted without prior approval. Any refund/return amount is subject to be minus the cost SXSBlog Parts incurred for shipping the product to the consumer and any restocking fee that applies to a specific product. The customer is responsible for any return shipping expenses. Refunds/returns will not be allowed after 30 days from date of purchase.

For products that arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
